Our approach is rooted in the dual practices of research and design, and in
the belief that the best interfaces emerge from a dialogue between the two.
By mapping this dialogue as we work, we expand the concept of interface design
to encompass the ways in which people engage with our creative process as
well as the ways in which they interact with our final products. We provide
our clients and collaborators with the interfaces that they themselves need
to make both strategic and tactical decisions. And, as is evident in the different
products that we have designed for uses ranging from feature-film production
to long-haul trucking to elementary-school education, our approach also ensures
that end users will get the interface that they need to meet their own specific
goals.
